Consider new jobs

The 9 jobs of castia have... varying levels of quality. And although I do agree that current jobs should stay I also believe that new jobs should be added. Personally I'd quite like some sort of job that pays for entering new chunks (like explorer or something) and fisherman (I am aware of the ability to afk so I say also adding to the payments the action of catching fish in buckets)

Fishing is tedious, but I think it should be a job and there's avenues to explore to prevent it from being afkable - catching fish in buckets is a new one and I think it could work pretty well

Potential Jobs:

Hellworker
Doing things in the Nether.
How to Level/Earn Money
• Killing Mobs (Tiered on difficult mobs)
• Mining Blocks (Low job xp apart from Glowstone and Quartz)
• Farming Netherwart (disable netherwart on farmer if its on farmer)
• Discovering new chunks in end.
Perks for Hellworker (Just Ideas)
• Level 25 - Toggleable Night Vision, Condense, (Maybe some Extinguish command to put yourself out if your on fire)
• Level 50 - Fire Resistant
• Level 75 - 60 Second Fly Ability (With a 5-10 minute Cooldown)(Can be used in Resource/Main)

A nice mix of a few jobs which will appeal to people who don't like to just focus on grinding one or two things for their jobs, they can have a little bit of a taster of everything, so a more well rounded experience. You get tipbits of Hunter, Miner, Farmer and Explorer (More on that later) which gives you 3 main jobs rolled into one. Sure you don't get any perks of these jobs but you get to have a experience which is more well rounded.

AstroNaut
Doing things in the End.
How to Level/Earn Money
• Killing Mobs (Tiered on difficult mobs)
• Mining End Cities (All blocks excluding Endstone/Endbrick)
• Farming Chorus Fruit (Stems don't give you exp)
• Trading valuable items in with a command (items such as End Crystals, Dragon Heads, Elytra's could be cashed in for job xp and money)
• Killing Players in the End (Would have to be balanced to stop boosting)
Perks for Astronaut (Just Ideas)
• Level 25 - Toggleable buff of Regen I in the End
• Level 50 - Toggleable buff of Regen II in the End, Night Vision
• Level 75 - Access to /rocket on 5-10 minute cooldown (Gives you rockets/fireworks to use with Elytras)(Can be used in any world)

Similar to Hellworker, Its a PVE job but this job also includes a PVP aspect. Meaning its a nice mix of Hunter, Farmer, Explorer and Miner. Having multiple ways to earn money with good Perks and 25,50,75, this job could be quite popular but includes the risk of being killed. Which you could add you losing job xp if you are killed in the End.

Explorer
Exploring new areas
How to Level/Earn Money
• Discovering New Chunks in any World
• Exchanging Treasure Maps found in Ships in with a command for job xp an money
• Exchanging Saddles and Horse Armor found in Nether fortresses and abandoned mineshafts with a command for job xp and money
Perks for Explorer (Just Ideas)
• Level 25 - Mcmmo boost for all stats 5%
• Level 50 - Increased Effects of Swiftness/Leaping/Water Breathing Potions by x2
• Level 75 - Toggleable Swiftness/Leaping/Water Breathing and Dolphins Grace buffs.

One of the problems i see with an Explorer job on other servers is that its a pain to grind to the top level, as only having one way to level it up causes a issue compared to all other jobs. So thats why I included items that can only be found in the world but cant be craftable, which means you have to explore. You could also include Dragon Heads and Elytras if you wanted to include all 3 worlds. The perks give a nice addition of getting around quicker, on top of the well rounded 5% of leveling your mcmmo. A nice addition paired with almost any other Job.

Fisherman
Exploring new areas
How to Level/Earn Money
• Catching Fish with Rod (Super Low job xp to avoid autofishing)
• Catching Tropical Fish with Bucket (Different fish gives different job xp and money)
• Cooking Fish and Making Fish recipes.
• Crafting and Enchanting Fishing Rods
Perks for Fisherman (Just Ideas)
• Level 25 - Fishermans Diet Buffed, Can breathe Underwater Indefinitely
• Level 50 - Job xp & Mcmmo fishing boost 5%
• Level 75 - Job xp & Mcmmo fishing boost 10%

As Fisherman is probably one of the most easily exploitable jobs, you make it so it has some benefits, but not to the point that you pick the job up instantly. Theres decent perks if you actually enjoy fishing, rather then the people who just wanna afk and boost, which would take a long time, if you want to be active and play, catching fish with buckets will be a cool way to explore and have fun.

RockHound
Collecting and Trading In Valuable Ores
How to Level/Earn Money
• Trading in Valuable Minerals for job xp and money using a command (Coal,Iron,Gold,Redstone,Lapis,Diamond,Emerald,Quartz)(Tirerd for rarity)
• Condensing the types above into their block form
Perks for RockHound (Just Ideas)
• Level 25 - Chance of getting Common, Rare or Exquisite, Majestic, Runic or Legendary Dust from selling minerals
• Level 50 - Low Chance of getting Castian Dust from selling minerals
• Level 75 - Triples the players Job xp and Job money of all their jobs.

A End game or side Job if your a miner, if you are a bit of a collector and want to try and grind out getting Castian Dusts, or just like collecting Precious Gems, then this job would be for that person. Not a job which will give you a steady source of income until extremely late game, but has some cool rewards if you level it high enough.
